Noel Bambrough was a founder of the Company and was elected President in 2002. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Medical Transcription Industry Association (MTIA), now the Clinical Documentation Industry Association (CDIA), serves as its Chairman- Elect, and is a member of the Executive Committee. Bambrough will serve as Chairman for 2011. He has served on several committees and was most recently, Chairman of MTIA’s Speech Recognition Technology (SRT) task force.
Bambrough spent the previous 25 years in the telecommunications, broadband, paging and wireless service industries in the USA, Canada and the UK. During that time he held senior executive positions providing planning and direction for start-ups, growth through mergers and acquisitions and managed the businesses to maturity. He has been directly involved in the enhancement of existing technologies and the deployment of new technologies, designed to improve the ability of these companies to service their clients. Bambrough has a BS and MBA degree and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
Graham Argott was a founder of the Company and has had finance and treasury responsibilities since its inception. He is a member of the Health Financial Management Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Argott has more than 20 years of diversified finance and management experience in healthcare and healthcare technology-related industries. He has extensive experience in the consolidation of both public and private companies in healthcare and the telecommunications industries. He has had direct involvement in managing the growth of organizations as well as managing their technology development. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Florida.
Dave Woodrow rejoined DSG in his current role in 2008, after leaving in 2004 to serve as the President and COO of SPi America until their divestiture to PLDT, Inc. He has served several terms on the Board of the Medical Transcription Industry Alliance. He has been published numerous times in Healthcare Industry resources such as Advance, For the Record, The Journal of AHIMA, and others.
Woodrow was a founder of Precyse Solutions, an HIM outsource firm. He had a successful 17 year career at Lanier WorldWide where he was responsible for the start up of Lanier Professional Services, the outsource transcription division for LWW. He has served as a consultant for individual Hospitals, Hospital GPOs and Medical Transcription and Coding firms. He has also had first hand experience in dealing with multinational production operations in the US, Philippines, India, Trinidad and Canada.
The most recent addition to the team, Martin Coyne joins DSG to help lead our Advanced Technologies Initiative. Leveraging DSG’s core business, targeted investments, and strategic partners, Coyne is responsible for opening and expanding into new markets and solutions.
For more than twenty-five years, Coyne has held business development and leadership roles in some of the most innovative technology companies in the world. After leading his team at Motorola and its partners to establish new business lines in excess of $1B, Coyne left to form his own successful consulting practice which he ran for six years serving several Fortune 100 clients.
Brian Pontius has been with DSG since 2003. He has more than twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry including several years involved in direct patient care as an orthopedic surgical scrub tech. Pontius has over a decade of experience in the medical transcription industry working as an IT Director for two transcription service organizations along with five years with Lanier Worldwide as a senior systems analyst.
Pontius’ responsibilities at DSG include client relations, technical support and client implementations along with help desk management. He has assisted in establishing Company wide hardware and software standards to facilitate the provision of services to our clients along with the development of DSG’s help desk department.
